During years of operation Closed Joint Stock achieved distinctively advanced and better level in its activities; established partner relationships with the enterprises of fuel and energy, military, construction, telecommunication sectors, that in its turn created wide development opportunities.

Our MISSION– development, perfection, and optimization of construction methods in Ukraine.

General purpose of the company – to meet the demands of real estate market as for professional services from consultations for real estate object owners and control of construction projects up to realization of investment and construction projects “be ready for the putting into operation”, and construction of the new or reorganization of available commercial centers of different purposes.

History of the Company:

Company was registered by Executive Committee of the City Council in 1999. At the first stage of its activities the company built private houses and other small objects. Gradually, team transforms into engineering enterprise which acts as prime contractor to build objects. Company takes the road of building great and technologically complex objects.

In 2005 authorities of the company made a decision to extend sphere of activities. Thus, "Ukrpivdenbud" company which main structure of output is a construction of residential objects joined a group of companies "Prioritet".

Behavior of company’s development is stipulated by extensive and close contacts in the infrastructure of construction sphere which give our clients wide range of modern technology and goods offered by our partners. Company has client-oriented form of pilot material provision which helps to combine technologically step-by-step designing with construction activities. Thus, it speeds up commissioning. The first step by CJC BC "Prioritet" as prime contractor is to perform complex assessment of risks concerning contract. They may be connected with different factors of general nature, or be connected with peculiarities of project.
